Once a payment has been processed, initiated, completed, or otherwise executed, such payment shall be considered final and irrevocable. The Service Provider does not provide refunds, credits, reimbursements, or any form of payment reversal for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

2. Digital Nature of Goods

You acknowledge and agree that the services provided by MY AI TASK, including AI tools, content generation, and data analysis, are digital in nature and are consumed instantly upon use. Due to the immediate and intangible nature of these digital goods and services, we cannot offer a return or exchange mechanism as exists for physical goods.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

3.1 Non-Transferability: Credits, tokens, subscription periods, access rights, and any other purchased services or benefits are non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-sublicensable. They may not be sold, bartered, traded, exchanged, gifted, or otherwise transferred to any other user or third party.

3.2 Forfeiture upon Termination: In the event of account suspension, termination, or deletion, all unused credits, remaining subscription periods, and any other purchased benefits or entitlements shall be forfeited immediately and without compensation, refund, credit, or any form of reimbursement.

3.3 Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, such cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of the current billing cycle or for any unused services during that cycle.

4. Changes to Pricing and Policy

The Service Provider reserves the absolute right to modify, change, adjust, or update the pricing structure, credit costs, fee schedules, payment terms, or this Refund Policy at any time, with or without notice. Such modifications may apply to future purchases, transactions, or subscriptions. Your continued use of the Service following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
