It is of critical importance that you understand and acknowledge that MY AI TASK is not, and does not purport to be, a registered corporation, company, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, or any other form of legally recognized business entity or corporate structure under the Companies Act, 2013 of India, the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, or any other applicable corporate, commercial, or business legislation or regulation.

The Platform represents a digital service, web-based application, and collection of software tools and artificial intelligence systems that are created, developed, maintained, operated, and provided by the Service Provider as an individual, along with team members who may contribute to various aspects of the Platform's functionality, maintenance, development, administration, or operations. This fundamental structural characteristic means that the Platform does not operate under the governance, protection, or framework typically associated with registered corporate entities, and all legal relationships, liability structures, and operational frameworks are accordingly distinct from those that would exist with a formally registered business entity.

All information, content, data, outputs, results, analyses, recommendations, suggestions, summaries, explanations, documents, and materials provided through or generated by the Platform (collectively, "Platform Content") are provided on an "as is," "as available," and "with all faults" basis, for general informational and educational purposes only. The Service Provider makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, completeness, correctness, truthfulness, legality, appropriateness, suitability, fitness for purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or any other characteristic or quality of any Platform Content.

2. Artificial Intelligence Systems and Technology Disclaimers

Artificial intelligence systems may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, erroneous, inappropriate, offensive, biased, discriminatory, factually incorrect, logically flawed, contextually inappropriate, or otherwise problematic, defective, or unsatisfactory. AI systems may misinterpret input, misunderstand context, apply incorrect logic, make unsupported inferences, generate fictional or hallucinated information, produce biased or discriminatory content, or fail to account for important nuances, exceptions, or circumstances. The Service Provider does not warrant, represent, or guarantee that the artificial intelligence systems used in the Platform are accurate, reliable, complete, correct, unbiased, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose or use.

The Service Provider expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all liability, responsibility, accountability, or obligation with respect to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, correctness, truthfulness, validity, legality, appropriateness, suitability, fitness for purpose, or any other characteristic or quality of any content, output, result, analysis, recommendation, suggestion, summary, explanation, document, or material generated, created, produced, or provided by or through the Platform's artificial intelligence systems. The Service Provider does not warrant that AI-generated content will be error-free, accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any purpose, and you acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other deficiencies that could result in adverse consequences.

3. Comprehensive Disclaimer of Liability for AI-Generated Content

All content, outputs, results, analyses, recommendations, suggestions, summaries, explanations, documents, text, data, information, or materials generated, created, produced, or provided by or through the Service, whether generated by artificial intelligence systems or otherwise (collectively, "AI-Generated Content"), are provided solely for informational, educational, or reference purposes. AI-Generated Content should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, medical, tax, accounting, regulatory, compliance, or any other form of professional advice, guidance, or recommendation. AI-Generated Content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, misinterpretations, biases, hallucinations, or other deficiencies that could result in adverse consequences, including but not limited to legal liability, financial loss, business harm, regulatory violations, personal injury, property damage, or other damages, losses, or detriments of any kind or nature whatsoever.

The Service Provider, its team members, contractors, consultants, service providers, licensors, and all other persons or entities involved in the creation, development, operation, maintenance, or provision of the Platform (collectively, the "Service Provider Parties") expressly disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all liability, responsibility, accountability, or obligation with respect to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, correctness, truthfulness, validity, legality, appropriateness, suitability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, or any other characteristic or quality of any AI-Generated Content. The Service Provider Parties do not warrant, represent, or guarantee that AI-Generated Content is accurate, correct, complete, reliable, truthful, valid, legal, appropriate, suitable, or fit for any particular purpose or use.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely and exclusively responsible for reviewing, verifying, validating, fact-checking, confirming, and ensuring the accuracy, correctness, completeness, legality, appropriateness, and suitability of all AI-Generated Content before relying upon, using, implementing, distributing, publishing, or acting upon such content in any manner. You assume all risks, responsibilities, and liabilities associated with your use, reliance upon, or action based upon any AI-Generated Content, and the Service Provider Parties shall have no liability, responsibility, or obligation to you or any third party for any consequences, outcomes, or effects resulting from or arising out of your use of, reliance upon, or action based upon any AI-Generated Content.

The Service Provider Parties shall not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, for any loss, damage, harm, injury, consequence, liability, claim, demand, action, proceeding, cost, expense, or other detriment arising from or in connection with your reliance upon, use of, implementation of, distribution of, publication of, or action based upon any AI-Generated Content, regardless of whether such loss, damage, harm, or consequence is direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or otherwise, and regardless of whether the Service Provider Parties had knowledge, notice, or awareness of the possibility of such loss, damage, harm, or consequence. This disclaimer of liability applies regardless of the nature of the claim, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, statute, regulation, or any other legal theory or basis.

4. Professional Services and Legal Advice Disclaimers

The Platform provides various tools and services that may appear to relate to legal, regulatory, compliance, contractual, or other professional matters, including but not limited to contract analysis tools, legal document generation capabilities, compliance document creation services, risk assessment functionalities, clause explanation services, and contract comparison tools. AI-Generated Content may incorporate, reference, be based upon, or derive from publicly available information, training data, pre-existing content, copyrighted materials, trademarked materials, or other materials owned by third parties, and complex questions may arise regarding the ownership, intellectual property rights, proprietary interests, or legal status of such content. The Service Provider disclaims any and all representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding your ability to claim ownership, copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights in any AI-Generated Content.

You acknowledge and understand that you assume all risks and responsibilities associated with your use, publication, distribution, commercialization, or exploitation of any AI-Generated Content, including but not limited to risks related to intellectual property infringement, copyright violations, trademark violations, patent infringement, or other violations of third-party intellectual property rights. The Service Provider Parties shall not be liable for any claims, demands, actions, or proceedings arising from or in connection with intellectual property rights, ownership, or infringement issues related to AI-Generated Content.

The Service Provider does not warrant, represent, or guarantee that AI-Generated Content does not infringe upon, violate, or otherwise interfere with the intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, or other rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use, publication, distribution, or commercialization of any AI-Generated Content does not violate any intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party, and the Service Provider Parties shall have no liability for any intellectual property infringement claims arising from or in connection with AI-Generated Content.

6. No Warranties and Comprehensive Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, SUITABILITY, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE. THE PLATFORM AND ALL PLATFORM CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

THE SERVICE PROVIDER PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT, REPRESENT, OR GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES, MALWARE, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. THE SERVICE PROVIDER PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT, REPRESENT, OR GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, EXPECTATIONS, OR SPECIFICATIONS, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, OR SATISFACTORY.

THE SERVICE PROVIDER PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT, REPRESENT, OR GUARANTEE THAT ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, DATA, OR MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH OR GENERATED BY THE PLATFORM ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SUCH INFORMATION, CONTENT, DATA, OR MATERIALS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS, REQUIREMENTS, OR EXPECTATIONS. THE SERVICE PROVIDER PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT, REPRESENT, OR GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM OR ANY PLATFORM CONTENT WILL BE SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY PLATFORM CONTENT WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT OR OUTCOME.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, RESPONSIBLE, OR ACCOUNTABLE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES, LOSSES, HARMS, INJURIES, COSTS, EXPENSES, OR DETRIMENTS OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM OR ANY PLATFORM CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE OR WHETHER THE SERVICE PROVIDER PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE SERVICE PROVIDER PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS, DEFECTS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS, FAILURES, MALFUNCTIONS, OR OTHER PROBLEMS IN THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN AI-GENERATED CONTENT, TECHNICAL FAILURES, SYSTEM ERRORS, NETWORK PROBLEMS, SERVER ISSUES, DATABASE FAILURES, OR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL OR OPERATIONAL DIFFICULTIES. THE SERVICE PROVIDER PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY DISTRIBUTED DENIAL-OF-SERVICE ATTACKS, VIRUSES, MALWARE, OR OTHER TECHNOLOGICALLY HARMFUL MATERIAL THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, COMPUTER PROGRAMS, DATA, OR OTHER PROPRIETARY MATERIAL DUE TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL, AGGREGATE, MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION, OR OTHER PROCEEDINGS ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM OR THIS DISCLAIMER, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE), SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH THE CLAIM FIRST AROSE, OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (INR 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, IN WHICH CASE SUCH LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

The Platform may contain links to external websites, resources, services, or content provided by third parties. The Service Provider does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, appropriateness, or any other aspect of any external website, resource, service, or content. The Service Provider Parties shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of or reliance upon any external website, resource, service, or content. Your access to and use of external websites, resources, services, or content is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of such third parties.
